According to the demand of the national housing industrialization development and in connection with the development status of housing industrialization in Tianjin, we cooperate with Steel Structure Research Institute of School of Civil Engineering of Tianjin University and Research Institute of Architectural Design & Urban Planning of Tianjin University in the research and application of assembly type residential products in steel structures. Through research and practice of more than two years, residential products centered on the system of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubes have been formed. The project of Jiyuan Huling Science and Technology Business Building with a total building area of about 100,000m2 employs the structural form of steel frame support structure system. Its underground garage applies the structural form of steel concrete frame structure system. Columns and beams mostly use the connection method of rigid connection, while beams are connected in the hinged form. Floor slabs are in the form of reinforced truss formwork. Inner and outer walls are made of lightweight wallboards and partially building blocks.
